Choose your own adventure: massage therapy, fascia stretch, or go deep with craniosacral and energetics. Want just massage or stretch? This is your golden ticket—it’s the only session where that’s actually allowed! Includes check-in, a quick consult, and checkout with your freshly rebalanced self. Every other duration is going to include energetics or craniosacral. Choose wisely. Cancellation Policy – Respect the Clock ⏰ We get it—life happens. But so do schedules! We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancel the day before your appointment? No worries, but it’s 50% of the service fee. Cancel same day or pull a disappearing act (aka no call, no show)? That’s the full 100% charge. Our time is reserved just for you—thanks for keeping it classy (and timely)!
