This 90-minute session is your nervous system’s dream vacation. We ditch the script and follow the healing your body actually needs—whether that’s sound healing, breathwork, craniosacral magic, energy work, massage therapy, or those glorious neck stretches. It’s intuitive, deeply relaxing, and tailored to you in real time. Includes intake, consultation, treatment, and checkout. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to find your zen (and the parking spot). We have a comfy waiting room in case you are an overachiever and get here before we are ready for you! Cancellation Policy – Respect the Clock ⏰ We get it—life happens. But so do schedules! We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancel the day before your appointment? No worries, but it’s 50% of the service fee. Cancel same day or pull a disappearing act (aka no call, no show)? That’s the full 100% charge. Our time is reserved just for you—thanks for keeping it classy (and timely)!
